Improve the student’s ability to think strategically and to provide an intellectual framework that enhances understanding of the MBA program. Naking sense of corporate complexity and market uncertainty to derive a competitive firm strategy; why firms choose to compete in certain businesses; which business strategies are successful in which environments; and how firms can change in response to dynamic environments. An overarching model for strategic formulation and implementation is developed to facilitate an integrated understanding of the courses that comprise the MBA curriculum.
