CYAF 150: Life Skills for Success

Prereqs: Open to freshmen and sophomores only.
CYAF 150 is 'Letter Grade only'.
Ecological Systems Theory is introduced as a foundation to understand the complex college environment and how basic life skills can be used to achieve success in college. How to apply systems theory to the following challenges: study skills and time management; awareness of diversity of thought and action; leadership; community service and social responsibility; money management; coping with stress; developing healthy social relationships; and career exploration.
