Notes

2. MECH 130 (3 credits) is an acceptable substitute.

4. Technical electives will be selected by the student in consultation with his/her adviser to formulate a coherent program in civil engineering. The Civil Engineering Department has an approved list shown on page 3 of this document.

5. Design Electives must be taken from at least two sub-disciplines. The Civil Engineering Department has an approved list of design electives shown on page 3 of this document.

6. Approved science elective courses include BIOS 101 and BIOS 101L or GEOL 101 or CHEM 251 and CHEM 253.
